He came to fix a clogged drain and had it unclogged in about five minutes! (The day before I had an appointment with Roto Rooter and they never showed up. Independents ARE more reliable.)

We had an issue with our bathroom sink and thought all the pipes needed to be replaced. Todd came out, on a Saturday, and said that wasn't necessary. He replaced a small part and now its working again. So thankful that he made such a quick, easy fix.
